hmemcpy
Hello, I just purchased a new computer, with the P5P32TD PRO motherboard and 8GB (4 x 2GB) of Corsair CM3X2G1333C9 RAM. Unfortunately, ever since I finished installing Windows 7 64-bit on it, I experience sudden reboots every once in a while (even when the computer idles). I disabled automatic reboot in case of a stop error (BSOD), but this is not the case - the reboot is not caused by a BSOD, therefore no minidump is made nor is there anything written in the event log. I upgraded the BIOS to v0501 just in case, and everything in the BIOS is set to auto, and the memory is running at DDR1333. I ran Memtest86+ 4.0 overnight (about 8 hours) - the memory is fine. After searching in the forums I found that the problem might be the insufficient voltage to the memory modules. I manually switched the memory to DDR1066 and the problem (seems to have) went away - the system doesn't reboot now. So my question is, how can I set the correct voltage, so that the RAM will work at DDR1333? Thanks in advance!
Wired
Do you have two 4 GB kits or one 8 GB kit? What's the part number(s) / version number(s) of the kit(s)?
hmemcpy
I have two 4GB kits, the label on one box says: TW3X4G1333C9A G. If it helps, here is what the box looks like: http://imgur.com/mYMtB.jpg Thanks
Yellowbeard
List ALL the information from the module stickers on both kits.
hmemcpy
They both have the same number and barcode, the only thing that's different is the number above the kit number. Box 1: 09401279 Box 2: 09451598 Hope that helps. Edit: do you mean the memory sticks themselves?
Yellowbeard
Yes, I need ALL the information from the stickers on each kit. Each 2 modules bought together will match but the kits may be different.
Yellowbeard
Posting a picture of a module from each kit will suffice.
