timbos Posted January 25, 2010 Share Posted January 25, 2010 Hi, I received an RMA number on Sept 30, 2009... and Corsair confirmed that they received my hardware on Nov 3rd (long time to confirm!). since then, I've had no updates.. no response to my emails, nothing at all. It's absolutely ridiculous (so much so, that I'm about to email the consumerist!). I'm international, so the cost of calling cust service and waiting on the line is prohibitive.
