RMA: 1136416 since Sept 30!

I received an RMA number on Sept 30, 2009... and Corsair confirmed that they received my hardware on Nov 3rd (long time to confirm!).


since then, I've had no updates.. no response to my emails, nothing at all. It's absolutely ridiculous (so much so, that I'm about to email the consumerist!).


I'm international, so the cost of calling cust service and waiting on the line is prohibitive.


Can you please find out what's happening here.. Corsair are severely breaking their customer service promises here

Please check your email and if you have a spam filter you might check there as the mails have been sent multiple times
