RAM Guy,


my new P128 arrived yesterday in perfect condition. Just want to say what a pleasure it's been dealing with customer service. No hassles,answered any questions I had and all was handled very professionally. The kind of service one expects when spending close to $400 for a drive. I get that the drives are not perfect yet and future firmware upgrades will be required,but in today's world where most things are guaranteed for 30 days,it's nice to find good customer service. That said, I hope I won't need it again for a while.
