TX750W issue

Hi i have a huge problem, i sent my rebate form on the 27th (i think) with all the appropriate stuff, and for some reason when i try to check on it through the website using my tracking ID it says that "I'm sorry, no records were found matching that criteria." how is that possible?

 

please reply to me, thx.

I would suggest calling them and asking them to check, Rebates are processed by a third party so if you have any trouble with them you can call our customer service but they will ask that you try to resolve it with the Rebate contractor first.
