I sent my dead P128 on Dec 31,2009 and the Purolator tracking shows it arrived on Jan 05,2010,( https://eshiponline.purolator.com/ShipOnline/Public/Track/DeliveryInfo.aspx?pin=7283918331 ),yet when I go to my case (1276668),it shows as the drive not received yet. I'd appreciate it a lot if you could look into this. I run two of these in a RAID0 and right now I'm on a single P128...it's just not the same. Thanks.
