jamato
I attempted a firmware update on a p256. USB drive boots fine, corsair firmware updater loads correctly. My drive is connected to the nVidia SATA controller on an Asus 8AN-SLI with the latest bios. The drive is detected both by the bios and by xp and w7 installs. After the updater loads, it gives the error message "no supported ssds detected" and exits. I've already tried unplugging all the other sata drives, to no avail. Anyone got any ideas? Synthohol
try the SSD on the 1st SATA port (if you haven't already.)
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 11, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 11, 2010 I would suggest trying it on another MB that will let you set the S-ATA to IDE Mode.
