b10n
I have the Corsair 850hx and the yellow wire(a small and big one) has disconnected from the 24pin m/b cable connector. All the other cables are connected but this wire seem to slip at the factory or som. As of right now, i just pushed the wire into its slot. Is there anyway to repair this? How long will a RMA take from corsiar. And does it cost money. I got this power supply in the mail today -_-
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 5, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 5, 2010 You can push the wire back int he socket but if it does not lock in place I would suggest we get the PSU replaced. You can talk to the reseller and see if they will replace it or, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace it.
