Do i plug the Pump cord on the system fan header?

Actually, I would suggest putting the pump connector on the CPU fan header AND disabling any fan control so that it runs 100% percent. In the (unlikely) event of pump failure, the MOBO should shut the system down if the pump fails which is what it will normally do if the fan attached to that header fails. Other fan headers may also have this function but, I prefer to put the pump connector there when circumstances allow.

Most CPU fan headers are 4 pin whereas the pump connector is 3 pin, so how would your suggestion work?
