HX520W + GTX 275 pitch noise

Hi, I have hx520 with nVidia GTX 275 (cpu AMD II X3 720), and when playing games i get sometimes a very high noise coming from PSU - this happens when playing game intros or in menus, just where i have high fps. It's same as on this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C4d23F2jehQ. I replaced it but still same :(: The only solution is to turn Vsync on, but in some games i want it off. I can live with it, but I want to ask if it won't damage my PSU/PC.
