bodger
TWIN2X2048-8500C5D DDR2 XMS2 Dominator, PC2-8500 I have the same ram, but it's not XMS2. What is the difference with XMS2 and is it compatible with my ram?
Yellowbeard
You'll have to list the exact part number from the stickers on the modules.

Wired
That's not the part number, TWIN2X2048-8500C5D is the part number. Sounds like you're solely reading the reseller's description of the memory. If both state TWIN2X2048-8500C5D, it's the same memory. Note that one pack of TWIN2X2048-8500C5D can't be guaranteed to be compatible with another pack of TWIN2X2048-8500C5D due to them not being tested together and the limitations of your system's memory controller. Ok, but I think its worth trying anyway. I assumed you looked at my specs as the part number was there all a long, so when you ask for the part number I thought you ment somthing else
