Wrathis
Hi folks Have runned my EP45-DS3 with the 775 E8400 3.0GHZ for a year now, and starting to get qurious about overclocking, tried just changing the multipler to 400x9 and then got 3,6GHZ checked with the timing and voltage to my memory sticks and they are at 5-5-5-18 , 1.8V and im running them at Dual channel or what its called, everything else is set from Auto to Normal and PCIe to 100. Has disabled C1E , TM2 and EIST. the memory is running at 1:1 but as if i go with higher FSB the computer crashes. tried changing the Voltage of the Vcore, ICH Core and MCH Core and also the Voltage to ram. no matter what i´ll do it still crashes. Also tried changing the multipler so the CPU is running with high FSB and low multipler so the CPU is only 2,6 GHZ but it dosent help ! Is it just buying memory that support over 1000mhz and trow these away or what? I can´t getting them to run even in 890Mhz. idle is 36 C degres now in 3,6ghz. Thanks.
