Wired
You'd have to talk with them directly, but I'd guess it was a fake.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 7, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 7, 2009 I am sorry but yes that is the letter you would get if you sent in a fake Corsair product, in this case I think it was a flash drive. If you purchased it from Ebay I would suggest filing a claim with Ebay right away.
prox
I bought at auction, but it was a very large time ago. You are not able to mention it to me?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 7, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 7, 2009 I do not think that would matter if they sold you a fake product, I would still suggest filing a claim with Ebay that is not legal selling fake products. And as far as I know there is no time limit for that. I would call EBAY ASAP.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 8, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 8, 2009 I would contact whom ever held the auction and proceed with a claim for selling fake products. Or contact a lawyer to sue them.
