Lord Mirko
I have found nice deal for the RAM and wish to buy it, I just need some confirmation that the RAM work with the specified motherboard because its not listed in the corsair database at all. Wired
If the memory is listed on that webpage, it will work with any current AMD motherboard. The Configurator isn't always 100% up to date with every new motherboard.
Lord Mirko
Thank you for your reply. So in short it will not work with the specified mobo. :(
Yellowbeard
It may well work but we cannot guaruantee it will meet specifications on an AMD Phenom II machine. In some cases, we see users that cannot run 1600 with that kit so we do not recommend it. That's why I provided a link to the page showing the memory we do recommend. Lord Mirko
I can lower the clock if its required.I just want to know will it be compatible :)
Yellowbeard
Most users I have seen with memory are able to run about 1333 consistantly on the M4A79 series boards. It will work fine, and how fast will be determined by your CPU and OCin********s.
