freelink
Hi, i have post a little wile about my PC configuration. So i have 2 KIT of TR3X6G1866C7GT (6 memory module) for a total of 12Gb. every thng work fine from july to last week. My computer just crash (blue screen of the death) at booting windows. In the BIOS , i was a XMP profile, so i put it to "auto", i can make windows boot, but 20min later, the computer crash (blue screen say dumping memory) or if i charge lot of program using memory. i think the probleme was from one or more memory module, so i test it with memtest it appears that one module is dead and a second show some errors on it i take the kit who is in fault ( 3 module) and came for a RMA, but on the product list for the mémory, i can't find TR3X6G1866C7GT. THe fan is dead too, one of the vent make lot of vibration and noise. can you tell me how to have an RMA for my module?? Thanks
Wired
Select CMG6GX3M3A1866C7 as the part number and mention in the notes that you have TR3X6G1866C7GT. CMG6GX3M3A1866C7 is the new part number for TR3X6G1866C7GT.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 3, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 3, 2009 What was your case number for the RMA request? And the Hub to ship these to will be in the Netherlands if you are any where in Europe. Also mixing two sets like that would require that you lower the memory frequency to DDR1333 or DDR1600 as well.
