Boot Block Compatible Version Ver.044

Ok i have 2x2GB Corsair XMS2 800Mhz PC6400.

Months ago I was working on my PC when my power supply burnt. It was still on warranty, so I got a new one. When I went to turn it on with 2 memory clips, it didn't give me any error sign and the screen went black. I tested those clips independently and one of them worked, but the other one gave me a black screen and a message like this:

*Boot Block Compatible Version Ver.044

**Bad BIOS Checksum. Starting BIOS Recovery...

It asks me for a file to recover BIOS, I tried my mobo CD and it didn't recognize it (Dont know why, my pc cant read the CD). Using the working clip I downloaded a Bios update and tried it out by USB.The "Update" worked as a recovery this time, but after the recovery process had finished it asked me to reboot:

**Start Erasing...

*Start Programming...

*Please turn off your system and power on again to get system back.

Reboot done and the same screen shows up:

*Boot Block Compatible Version Ver.044

*Bad BIOS Checksum. Starting BIOS Recovery...

Any solutions?
