jclifton
Hello, I recently sold a Flash Voyager drive that I had only used a few times. The person that I've sold it to tells me that when he received it, it was encrypted and asked for a password, and that he tried formatting it as FAT32 and NTFS, and that in both cases the drive reported that it had only 200mb of space available. Other than suggesting that he try the SD Formatter tool, is there anything else I can suggest he try? I'm fairly confused about the encrypted/password thing because I never encrypted any contents on the drive. Best, Jeremy
