Djarett088
I am trying to upgrade the memory on my Intel D865GBF motherboard. It says it supports up to 4gb of Ram. I see the CMX1024-32002PRO should work. My local supplier has CMX1024-32002PT (4 1gb) sticks of memory. Are these two equivilent. I would not be mixing. I would use the 4 new sticks of CMX1024-32002PT. Thanks for your help.
Wired
Yes, the base model is the same. However, I don't think they make a 4 GB DDR1 kit, and mixing unmatched kits is never recommended.
Djarett088
I bought the memory and it worked. I also got a reply from tech support that said it should. My windows Vista is even reporting all 4 megs 32 bit version
