suburbanDK Posted November 17, 2009 Share Posted November 17, 2009 What is turnaround time now for RMAs? 3-5 days post-receipt is stated on the RMA, but in an RMA email it states that they are behind and to add another 5 days for processing. So when can I reasonably expect the replacements, when they arrived at Corsair on the 12th? I'd hoped to reduce downtime and received no response regarding options on speeding up the process; it appears I've got a lot longer to wait rather than getting any kind of expediency.
