Advice on memory voltage

Hi

I have an Intel DP55WB micro ATX motherboard which I plan to use for a HTPC.

I have purchased Corsair memory: CMD4GX3M2A1600C8.

Before I start the build I would like to check the memory voltage. The above is 1.65 V I believe.

However I have just noticed Intel state:

Using a DIMM with a voltage rating higher than 1.6 V may damage the processor.

Do I need to change the RAM? If so what Corsair model number should I use?

Many thanks

Many thanks for the reply and reassurance.

I built my PC and all went OK, the BIOS reports the Memory voltage at 1.5V. I guess this means it is under-clocked.

Performance is not a key requirement, I choose the memory as I wanted the cooling fins to help keep the memory cool in the confines of a HTPC case.
