Tselakus
I got back from work this evening to find my PC in what looked like a shutdown state (much to my suprise) the board was lit up as if there was power - it's a rampage 2 extreme and the RoG logo was lit up as well as the start/reset buttons on the board itself. No response at all when attempting to boot it from either the onboard power button or from the case button, if another PSU if plugged in the 24pin socket and then turned on it then it starts a bootcycle, with an HX620 plugged in fully it boots normally. Any ideas on possible test steps or is going to be an RMA? Cheers Wiz
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted November 12, 2009 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 12, 2009 Let's get it replaced, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace it. Tselakus
Many thanks Ram Guy, I've submitted that now and should get the PSU shipped on Monday. I'm fairly sure I have the original box or at least another Corsair PSU box to send it in - do you want all the modular cables sent through with it as well?
