Hi all,

 

to be honest I have no issues, I just wanted to thank Corsair customer care for their usual great service.

 

Every time I had a problem (well, tiny problems, like loosing my USB key caps [lot of them]) they promptly and quickly helped me.

 

I just received the replacement for my broken USB key (case 1177189) and wanted to show my sincere appreciation. :]

 

In a world where most companies just care about selling stuff and then forget customers it's nice to know there are few reliable ones.
