Memory RMA Question

I may not be in the right place to post this question but I am at a loss a what to do now.

I am based in the UK and returned 4x 1GB 8500D5 modules and a memory FAN to Corsair RMA dept in the Netherlands. The RMA status page still as of today 11/11/2009 that Corsair have not received them back yet.


The UK postal service claims the parcel was given to the Netherlands carrier TNT on the 29/10/2009 some 13 days ago.


I cannot track the parcel past the UK carrier and cannot find any reference to my parcel on the Dutch TNT website, even though it was to be delivered and signed for.


I cannot contact Corsair to verify if they have definately not received the parcel yet. So it seems to have disappeared with out trace, how frustrating and costly.....


Any advice anyone other than to wait the statutory 30 days for UK postal services to start enquires?
