X256 delivered but no update to RMA page

Dear Sir,

I have my X256 delivered to your facility (shown on the shipper tracking page) 5 days ago, but the RMA/Case status page did not reflect that you have recieved the item. I have send an email but looks like all are busy. Could you update the status. Case #1167203

The system shows it was logged in on the tenth and I have asked out customer service to check that for you.


I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “3” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
