SpacerB
Dear Forum, I really need some advice with a weird problem with a custom build. I am not overclocking as I cannot load an operating system. On the Memtest V4, I am testing each stick in the A1 slot individually. I have the (usb legacy support off) some interesting results. Ai tweaker = XMP and all defaults set to AUTO it is reading at 8-8-8-20 = DDR3-1066 . After testing 1 stick, I shut down the PC and install another one to test. At the POST Startup screen Overclocking Failed! Please enter setup to reconfigure your system. I am not overclocking anything. The relutls of each individual stick is a pass no errors. The real concern is that I cannot load an OS onto the PC - Vista 64 bit or Win 7. This may seem a stupid question but could this be because my graphics cards needs FASTER ram?:o: ANY suguestions would greatly be appreciated. SpacerB
It just hangs at the starting windows screen after it finished unpacking the files. Other people state that it should only take 15 mins for it to install.
