mechan9
I bought a pair of returned 2x2GB XMS2 memory from Fry's and since it was a returned item it didn't come in the original box when I bought it. Fry's did attach a UPC to the box and I want to make sure this is an acceptable UPC for the rebate offer. http://img510.imageshack.us/img510/8817/frysupc.th.jpg Thanks. Wired
That's not a UPC at all. Return the memory and get a new pair with full packaging.
mechan9
Damn what a bummer. That returned set of sticks was the only pair they had in stock in the two Fry's in my area.
mechan9
Oh wait a second, I missed the actual (I hope) UPC on the side of the box. Still it's kind of mangled. http://img266.imageshack.us/img266/1063/frysupc2.th.jpg Will that work?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 3, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 3, 2009 Normally the UPC they request will be the one with the part number, but I would not chance it and send both if there is more than one. These are done by a third party and we do not have much to do with them.
