klekk
Hi I have a rather strange problem with my newly purchased flash voyager GT 32 gb. The flash drive works fine when I am copying files to the drive. But when I try to copy a file from the drive to OS X the drive unmounts itself and the transfer is abortet. This is what shows up in the log: 28.10.09 11.28.40 kernel jnl: disk2s1: journal replay done. 28.10.09 11.30.04 kernel USBF: 2196.722 AppleUSBEHCI[0x7026000]::Found a transaction which hasn't moved in 5 seconds on bus 0x24, timing out! I have tried to format the flashdrive to: Fat 32, ntfs, hfs. Nothing works. I have even tried to do a clean reinstall of snow leopard. Same problem. Other usb drives work fine: for example my ******** 4 gb. I have also tried shutting down all unnecessary processes. Still not working. Any tips? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 31, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 31, 2009 If that keeps happening I would check the port you are using that is able to provide 5 Volts +-.5 Volts at 500Mamps.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted July 22, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted July 22, 2010 I would talk to Apple and see if there are any updates and if there is a way to force the USB Mass storage drives to be reloaded.
