rwg
What exactly is "matched memory? I have seen the phrase used but no well versed definition as to i.e. speed, from the same package, same type of modules, or two of the same kind. Does matched mean brought in a group (same package) as in 8 gbs or if I buy two 2 gbs of the same speed but purchased in seperate packages would they meet the definition of being matched. This is not a "lazy question" as I can not find two concurring opinions on the subject. Thanks. rwg.
