havox
Ok, it's just I want to know what they can do for me since te chipping is on the case itself Which I don't feel like taking my computer apart for while the side panels may also be a case problem
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 28, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 28, 2009 The chipping more than likely happened in shipping I have not seen that on the 30+ cases I have seen, and if it is internal I would not worry to much. But the dent for sure was caused in shipping and if you are not happy with the case I would contact reseller as well and ask them if you can return it, short of that please contact our customer service and I am sure they will do what they can. havox
How should the side panels fit ramguy? When I put them on I have to push hard at the top till it slides in flush then it locks into place then once I let go it pops out a bit. Not flush but still locked. Is tat how it should be or is that a problem?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 29, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 29, 2009 Sounds like the case may have been sprung or warped in shipping, were there dents in the BOX it came in?
havox
Not really any dents. Especially since It case packaged in another larger box from NCIX. But they put bubble wrap inside to protect the components for shipping. Could this have cause them to warp?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 30, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 30, 2009 It should not have caused that. And packing the case in another BOX sounds like the took an extra step to protect the product.
