Asus P6T WS Professional - 12GB+

I have Asus P6T (x58 chipset) on its way to me. I also already have 8GB of DDR3 from my previous setup (4 x 2GB) - TWIN3X4096-1600C7DHX.

I was not able to get this memory to full speed on ASUS P5E64 (x48 chipset) because it was too much for the memory controller to handle and I ended up running it at 1333MHz.

With new motherboard, I'm looking to get the largest amount of memory possible (12GB or even more) and my main concern is stability.

What would be the good combination to get? Should I buy another set of TWIN3X4096-1600C7DHX or replace all sticks together with somethign that will get me a higher speed / better stability?

Wouldn't recommend using TWIN3X4096-1600C7DHX on an X58 system as they require 1.9v, well above the 1.65v max. Use the Memory Finder on the website (link on the left as well) to find a suitable 12 GB pack (not two 6 GB packs).
