torns
I'm buying DDR3 memory for new cpu intel i7 920, now on this page: http://www.corsair.com/products/corei7/default.aspx I don't understand what the difference between: TR3X6G1600C7 TR3X6G1600C7D I found this interesting ones because of Latency 7. I need 6 GB, what would you recommend as great high speed memory, but above all functional with good performance. It does NOT need to be what I recommended, if you have anything else in mind please... Thank you

Wired
There is indeed info on the Dominator series. Check the website (http://www.corsair.com/products/dominator/default.aspx) and the various tabs. Basically the Dominators have a better heat spreader system. torns
What would happen if I use this memory TR3X6G1866C9DF with normal speed of i7 920 ? without OC how would that function? is it possible to lower speed of this memory and get higher latency ? Wired
TR3X6G1866C9DF would work just fine at a slower speed. FYI you want lower latency, not higher. It's not tested lower than C9 specs, but it'll probably go lower.
