HX1000W replacement cables

I was skimming through the forum last night trying to find out about getting a set of the pci-e 6/8pin connectors for my power supply. I came across several threads about how people had emailed months ago and never recieved a reply. They were directed to call C.S. I called C.S. this morning and was directed by them to email JosephO :confused:

I'm now curious if I will be added to the list of people waiting for a response and not get one, or if this is indeed the person I need to get into contact with. I'll be a very unhappy camper if my 3rd $300 gpu has to spend another month in a box instead of on my x58. Thanks for any help that you can provide. Mike

I do not know of any one that has not gotten the cables when they asked for them. Please do as instructed and if you do not get the cables in 10-15 days please let me know I will get involved or contact our customer service again by phone.

Thats very impressive customer service. Right up there with EVGA in my eyes which speaks tons about Corsair. Love the Corsair PSU's and now the CS! Thanks, and support like this is how to keep customer's comming back! Well done Corsair.

I got your PM via the EVGA forums and sent the information over to Joseph. My guess is that your initial mails were getting caught in a SPAM filter. Sorry for the delay. And yes, Joseph IS the man. ::pirate::

Thank you Yellowbeard! I figured that might have been the case.:roll: At any rate I posted about the excellant CS support I recieved from Joseph and from you in the General forum at EVGA. You KNOW how many people like myself frequent that forum and take to heart posts about good CS experiences. Thanks again!
