To whomever it concerns:

 

I am very curious as to what happened to this RMA. I am a soldier in the U.S. Army and have been overseas for a long while. I was going through my e-mail and realized that I never got anything more back on the status of this RMA. The memory was returned, but that is the last I heard of it.

 

I also have this number if it helps: RMA# R239850

 

This has been for over 2 years. Please help!

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “3” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

 

And that RMA was never received according to the record. So I would suggest calling in and talking to our customer service to help you resolve this.
