Older
I have the above Dominator memory in my DFI X58 board. It has been working faultlessly since May but yestreday I turned on my computer and noticed that only 4GB was recognised in the bios. I subsequently blue screened while playing a game. Downloaded the lastest Memtest and ran the test which threw errors on the first part. Removed all but one module and tested each individually. One module refused to even boot into Memtest. Tried again with the suspect module and another good one. Threw errors in the first test. I then tried in different ram slots .. no dice. I suspect one of the sticks has died. Where to from here? Older
RAMGUY .. your RMA form specifically asks for a comment from you on this forum. Does this thread count as attaining that?
Wired
No. He would have to post in the thread recommending an RMA. However, posting in the forum is optional. You can go through the whole RMA process via one of the online RMA forms (or phone / email).
Older
Thanks mate ;): The online RMA specifically asks if I have posted a thread in this forum though.
Wired
Correct. It's an alternate way to contact Corsair support to have them approve an RMA. They can also do it via the RMA form itself.
