kcjones
I have just purchased a Gigabyte E58 Extreme and an i7 920. Here in Australia the above two memory kits are available. Which one would provide the best performance with the i7 920 or are both kits overkill for this processor? If so, what would be the best matched memory kit? kcjones
HD video editing, train simulator and flight simulator are the most demanding applications I will be using. I plan to upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7 when it is released.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 7, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 7, 2009 Either set would be a good choice and I doubt you would notice the difference when using a flight Sim as they are normally more Video Card intensive. kcjones
Thanks for your reply. What about the CMG6GX3A@000C7 would there be any noticable improvement over the other RAMS using this kit with an i7 920?
