Corsair email response time about 800D!

How long does it take to normally receive an email response about problems with the 800D case? I sent in two separate emails and haven't received a response since the 18th of September. I'm having and issue with the upper hotswap bay, window door sticking, and a paint chipping...Should I just RMA the case back to the online retailer.

The upper hot swap bay backplane can be replaced, and we can replace the windowed door for you, but there may not be anything that we can do about the paint chipping other than an RMA. If the paint chipping is bad, then you may want to have it replaced through the reseller. If you have still not received a response, please contact ramguy@corsairmemory.com and include your shipping and contact information, a brief description of what parts you need replaced, and once the parts are available, we will be able to replace them for you.
