I sent in two separate emails and haven't received a response since the 18th of September. If the paint chipping is bad, then you may want to have it replaced through the reseller. If you have still not received a response, please contact ramguy@corsairmemory.com and include your shipping and contact information, a brief description of what parts you need replaced, and once the parts are available, we will be able to replace them for you.
