Labyrinth.
Hello i have tried changing the timings from 5-5-5-15 to 4-4-5-15 however i dont see any boost in performance at all, as well i tried changing the memory from 8xx to about 1066 on timings of 5-5-15 and the system runs even slower :sigh!: in the sense of that it takes much longer to load applications at boot i have the voltage set at 2.10 on the ram, 1.4 on the northbridge and about 1.38 on the cpu but any suggestions ? Thanks,

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 5, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 5, 2009 With 4 modules I would suggest setting the memory frequency at DDR667 and set the memory Voltage to 2.1 Volts and set the NB/MCH/SPP Voltage to +.2 Volts as well and test the system with http://www.memtest.org. In addition, with some MB's (Mostly ASUS) you have to disable legacy USB in the bios when running any memory test.
