Renders_Rig
Hey guys, I'm having a hard time getting my 6gb of Corsair Dominator (CMG6GX3M3A2000C8) to run at 2000mhz or 1833mhz for that matter. I've tried setting my XMP to Profile 1, which auto sets my RAM to 1833mhz and my CPU VTT to +350. That seems to work with 1 stick of RAM as well as 2 sticks, but when I have 3 sticks inserted I get a blue screen crash right before Windows loads and it dumps. All my other settings are set to default, no over clocking going on. I've tried to have all 3 stick of RAM inserted then set my XMP to 1 and that doesn't work either. Perhaps I can go about this manually, but what settings should I tweak and how much? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! -Render
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted September 24, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 24, 2009 If you have a (D0) Stepping CPU try it again and then set XMP to enabled and set the CPU VTT/ CPU QPI Voltage to 1.35 Volts and try it if that does not work then let's get them replaced, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them.
