DonnieK Posted September 23, 2009 Share Posted September 23, 2009 Hi, I opened up an RMA in July when i bought my part only to find 2 sticks defective after running some tests and constant crashing. Soon after i left for vacation and decided to wait before sending it away. Now i am back and wondering if my old RMA number from July will work?? 1115199 Either way, at the time i talked to someone at corsair and they said i would get a replacement ram because the current batch, which i have is defective and has been discontinued. Anyway i tried opening a new rma to renew it but my ram doesn't exist in the list anymore.
