lore_nova
Yesterday when i was turning on the computer suddendly the master-switch of the house went off. After few times i thought that the culprit was the power supply of the computer. So i unplugged the supply from the pc and i wrote a RMA. From yesterday i haven't recevied a response yet. I need the pc for my job. What can i do ? :[pouts: Thanks for the help.

lore_nova
Yesterday evening i got a response from Corsair but the only thing they say is to try the usual test with the paperclip. However, when I plug it, the power goes out all over my house, so i can't try the test because there is a short-circuit inside the PSU. From the 21/09/09 I have already explained this problem in the RMA. I'm waiting instructions for the return of the PSU. Thanks for the help.
