Poaches
I've had the psu for almost a year now running perfectly without problems; but the other day when I turned it on, I heard a loud crack followed by a flash of light coming from the psu with showers of sparks and smoke flying out into the tower. Despite the sign something has just gone horribly wrong, the computer continued booting normally. The smoke and sparks cleared fairly quickly and I couldn't find any trace of visible damage on the psu (externally anyway) or anywhere else. I still elected to turn off the computer before it finished booting until I can find out what happened however. Should I attempt to run it normally before seeking support options? Since it looks like it can still run, but then there was all those sparks...
