How to check RMA status?

Hi,

 

I was issued an RMA number and a case number about 10 days ago with the following note: "we are currently experiencing delays with warranty replacement shipments, please allow for an additional 5 business days for processing." I haven't heard anything from Corsair since.

 

I was unable to find a sticky on RMA procedures so I don't know what the normal time (without delays) for RMAs is, also tried using the RMA form to check my RMA status and it asks for a case number (which I have) and a password (which I was not provided).

 

Would appreciate it very much if a mod would contact me in this regard so that I may provide the RMA & case numbers.
