arnagath
My HX620 melted (I can see melted plastic inside the PSU) as a result it fried my motherboard and processor. Do I get a refund or any form of compensation for the rest of the damaged parts? I live in Sweden so if you want me to send the PSU somewhere. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted September 9, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 9, 2009 Please use TSX to create a case for this issue and we will have someone get back to you within 48 hours. Most likely we will need to you send us the PSU and the damaged components in order to investigate the cause.
arnagath
Well what I want to know is if it is possible to get money back for the PSU or if you send me a new one. The reason is I want to get new components as fast as possible, so the best would be if I order new components today and then later when you have done all your investigation you can send me money instead of a new PSU (because I will already have bought a new one). I'll do the TSX right now anyways.
arnagath
I recieved the TSX RMA papers now. Shall I send the PSU, motherboard and processor in the package? Do I need to send the fan for the processor? Also the cost of sending these three things to Almere will be very high, will I be compensated for this if the products are indeed defect?
