steven5210
I looked closely at the ram sticks and noticed it was CM2x1024-6400CD5HX labeled on each one when I actually sent in two CM2x2024-6400CD5HX. I called the toll free number and the person cleared the situation with me by saying the back of the case was TWIN2X2048-6400C5DHX G and I was redirected to someone else when I told him I selected the wrong product in the RMA. This person told me that there wasn't anything you guys could do and suggested I emailed corsair with my RMA and proof of purchase. But its been two years since I've purchased these Rams and I no longer have the receipt. So am I stuck with 2gbs of less RAM because of my mistake or is there something else I am able to do to get my TWIN2X4096-6400C5DHX? Ps. my RMA was: 1118956

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted September 16, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 16, 2009 I just spoke to bien and he called and left you a message but the replacement was based on what you sent in. If you purchased them as a 4 Gig set and you got a two gig set you should have went back to the reseller. He will need a copy of your invoice to try help you with this. I would attach it to an email and send it to RMAservice@corsairmemory.com and put ATT Bien in the subject line.
