I have the following configuration Asus P4R800-VM ATI RADEON 9100 IGP P4 800FSB Skt478 DDR M-ATX Motherboard w/Audio, Video, LAN Retail (Prescott Ready) Intel® Pentium® 4 Prescott Processor 2.80EGHz, 800MHz FSB, Socket 478, 1MB Cache Two Corsair CMX256A-3200C2PT 256MB DDR400 PC3200 XMS Memory XMS 3202V1.2 lot 0405093 – returned to ZipZoomfly RMA# - N157473 XMS 3202V3.1 lot 0410098 kept Problem Description: The “V3.1” Corsair 256MB memory is in slot one of four on the motherboard, when the second “V1.2” Corsair 256MB memory is added either to slot two or three on the motherboard, the system will not boot. I returned the V1.2 memory to ZipZoomFly suspecting either defective memory or memory incompatibility. ZipZoomFly does not have any V3.1 Corsair 256MB in stock. Can you confirm compatibility? Can you work with ZipZoomFly to ship me compatible memory? :(:

With different REV modules you may need to manually set the timings of the modules in BIOS. Once you have done this there should not be a problem. If you are trying to get a specific REV of the module you may need to send the module to us directly. Zipzoomfly.com will only RMA to you what they have in stock. Let me know if you continue to have problems when you receive your replacement modules.
