lmy
my question is how i can set it with standard 1866 with CL7 in the system? when i run in XMP mode i saw the DIMM Voltage in bios are 1.74V, and the VTT si 1.4V, and this runs with error free from MEMtest. however when i OC the system with 20x186, DIMM voltage set as 1.65 and VTT +300MV or even higher with 7-8-7-24-74, i can't pass the bios.. and tired to set the DIMM Voltage with 1.74V and VTT +300MV i can pass the bios check but got BSOD! may i know where should i do to get pass the bios check and get a stable system?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted September 9, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 9, 2009 The max Memory Voltage should be no more than 1.65 Volts and I would suggest checking for the latest MB BIOS and I am sorry I cannot tell you how to over clock but if the system runs stable with XMP settings that is all I can suggest.
