MUGEN
RMA #1108597 I was wondering what is taking so long? Since I got my RMA way back on May 29th I would think i'd be first in line for new parts even though corsair didn't recieve them until Aug 21st. 9 buisness day's later and no update, does that mean no parts are available? PS. my PSU from another company was recieved at there facility on 21st also and I got a brand new one back today:bigeyes:
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted September 4, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 4, 2009 The replacement order would start from the time the RMA was received not when it was first requested. But I have sent our customer service a message and asked them to check the status and contact you ASAP. I would encourage you to contact them by email rmaservice@corsairmemory.com for more information.
MUGEN
I got my ram back yesterday. I never got an email or an update on the RMA page though. I did a 100% memtest on each stick 1 at a time and found no errors. I'll test them again every 2 weeks for a month but now with all 3 sticks at once to save time. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted September 8, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 8, 2009 If you start getting errors after a period of time that would suggest some other problem.
