CPU-Z reading PC4000 module as PC3700

Hi, I just got TwinX PC4000 Pro in my Asus P4C800 E- Deluxe, P4 2.4g 533bus running in dual channel at 333mhz due to the 533 bus limitation on the cpu. When I run cpu-z it reads the two Dimm module as PC-3700. Is this due to my three year old processor, or did Corsair put the wrong module in a pair of its memory?

No, The SPD is set to JEDEC defined values for PC-3700, as there is no spec defined for DDR500 from JEDEC. That is normal. However the part# of the module should show as XMS4000 if you use aida32. I am nor sure if CPU-Z will show the PN# but you can check!
