memory availability

I have a question regarding your memory stock for the bad set of Dominater-GT's, why is it in stock everywhere except in the RMA department. I did an advanced RMA on 1 set of memory and then returned 2 sets of bad memory and now I am waiting for the 2nd set of memory to come in, Paulo has been very helpful and I am not complaining about a lack of service, but I do have some complaints about your inventory if I can go to any online website like newegg and find the product in stock.


My current RMA number is 1119490, If someone could send me an email with my new case number so I could track its status I would also be grateful as my initial case number is linked to rma number 1113235 and I am not sure what happened to that.
