Power spark when using main switch on HX620W

I mounted HX620 in my new build PC 2007-09, and everyting has been stable and well working. From beginning I have used main switch without problems, but for a couple of months ago I got a very loud power spark when turning on power switch. I was afraid major trouble, but PC start and running OK. I still using the switch and sometimes it make noice, but not so powerfull as referred to. I have discovered an another problem after this. When PC is powered of for several days, I loose config and date/time in BIOS. Battery is replaced twice, but same problem. Have the feeling that battery power is leaking trough powersupply. Any similar cases??

The config loss is most likely a motherboard problem, the CMOS circuit isn't connecte dto the power supply. The spark is probably caused by pitting contacts inside the switch. How often do you use the switch? I know it shouldn't matter but I avoid using it too much for this very problem. If it worries you, you can RMA the PSU.
