kimpaa
Hello! I just noticed that my TWIN2X4096-8500C5 is running at 1.92v and 800mhz. They should be running in 1066mhz. Is 1.92v normal? Iv'e seen that 1.8v is normal for 800mhz. All settings are on auto in the bios settings.
Wired
You need to set the timings / voltage manually in the BIOS.
kimpaa
Yeah, but I just wanted to know if 1.92v is wrong or not. Should I change it or not?
Wired
The label has the correct voltage. It would be either 2.1v or 2.2v.
kimpaa
Okey, but the label also says 1066mhz, im running in 800mhz. I wonder if its a normal voltage for 800mhz.
Wired
It's the voltage for the memory regardless of the speed. If you want you can lower it, and as long as you're stable you're ok.
